Diskusija

Baltic Real Estate: are we officially in a seller's market? If so, where is the (is there) value to be found?

  • Key takeaways from 2016 - impressions on the deals that stood out; local vs. foreign capital
  • Yield compression in Baltics – what is behind it? How low can we go?
  • Market liquidity dynamics: forever „niche” region or a credible, „stand alone” investment destination in Europe?
  • 2017 outlook: views specifically on Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius; office, retail, industrial segments
  • Prospects of alternative segments in Baltics: residential, student housing, healthcare etc.
  • Impact of the global macro developments (i.e.: interest rate growth) on CRE transactions in the region.

Diskusija

Perspectives of the residential real estate market in Baltics

  • Is residential market overheated in Vilnius and Tallinn? When comes a slump?
  • Unlike in Vilnius and in Tallinn, construction of multi-apartment buildings and market activity in Riga has not picked-up yet. What is missing the residential property market of this largest city in the Baltic States?
  • In 2017, housing developers in the Baltic capitals plan to build the largest number of apartments since 2008. What is the mood of housing developers?
  • What is the outlook for residential property development in smaller towns and resort regions?
  • Experience in the residential projects implemented in 2015–2016, did the actual profit indicators match your forecasts?

(Suomija)
